At Kangarama, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality medical scrubs. To ensure a smooth and fair process for returns and exchanges in accordance with Australian law, we have established the following policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Customers are eligible for returns or exchanges if:

  • The request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • The item is in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition.
  • Proof of purchase is provided (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).

2. Reasons for Returns & Excanges 

Customers can request returns or exchange for the following reasons:

a. Faulty or Defective Items: If the product received is faulty or defective, we will offer a full refund or exchange. We reserve the right to review before issuing a refund. 

 Customers can request an exchange only for the following reasons: 

b. Incorrect Sizing: In the event of incorrect sizing, we offer exchanges for the same item in the correct size, subject to availability. If not available in your size we will issue a credit. Shipping to and from for incorrect sizing is at the customer's expense. 

Change of Mind

  • If you change your mind about a purchase, we can not accept a refund or credit.
  • Exchange for another item is an option, subject to availability. Return/Sending shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Exchanges will be sent out once the returned item is received and processed.

4. Exceptions

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items that show signs of wear or damage.
  • Scrubs that have been customized or altered in any way.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • We may refuse replacement or refund if the item has no fault after review.
  • Kangarama reserves the right to deny a return request if the goods don't meet the Conditions for return/exchange.
  • No returns on embroidered items.
  • Original and return postage is not refundable

5. Shipping 

Return Shipping Instructions: Please securely package items for return, including all original packaging and tags, ensuring they remain in the same condition.

Access Rights: We reserve the right, as per Australian Consumer Law, to access and assess returned items to ensure they meet our return policy criteria.
